Understanding your Chubb data
Chubb do not offer any data downloads directly from the adviser area of their website so you need to request your data from your Cigna BDM and ask them for an E-Broker Download of your client data.
Your Chubb data file only contains In Force policies, so if you have existing Chubb policies in Adviser CRM and they have since been cancelled, lapsed etc, these will not get updated to their current status because the data only contains In Force policies.
You will need to manually update your Chubb policies to any status other than In Force, and remember, you will need to update the Policy Status and the Life Benefits Status as well.
The data you get from your Chubb BDM will contain three files as follows;
- Client file
- Policy file
- Benefit file
Our Chubb import tool allows for all three files to be uploaded at the same time.
