INITIAL SETUP AND LOGIN
We will send a separate email to confirm your subscription, click Accept Invite.
You will be taken to a page where you can set your own password, enter the password you want to use in the Password field and also re-enter the same password into the Confirm Password field. Make sure you click
"Update"
when you have entered your passwords.
After you click Update you will be taken to the next page to enter your Business or Company Name.
Set Business Name
After you have entered your Business or Company name click Sign Up and you will see the signing up process like the screen below.
Wait until your account has been set up (
please be patient this may take a few minutes
)
Once your account is set up you will automatically get logged into your account like the following screen.
That's your initial login and password set and you're ready to setup your Adviser CRM.

Additional paid on boarding service
If you have opted for our assisted setup and import of your client and insurer data, you now need to give us access to your account so we can complete these for you. Please follow these steps.
Once you have been logged in for the first time, click your profile image at the top right your CRM click the "Tools" image
Click Company Details
Then click Developer Access
Click Grant Access
That's it, once you grant us access, we will access your account and complete the setup of your account which includes
- Client information imports
- Data imports from insurers
- Email integrations
- Email signature and branding
- CRM branding (if you want it)
ONCE YOU GRANT US ACCESS WE WILL BE NOTIFIED AND WILL BE ABLE TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND START OUR ASSISTED SETUP.
If you ever want to revoke access, follow the same process but your button will have Revoke Access not Grant Access.
