How to disable a Layout using Layout Assignments

You may want to disable a system Layout because you want to use an alternate layout, so what you can do is remove the system layout as an option.  Once you do this, your preferred layout will become your default layout and in the case where you are using the Kanban (Pipeline) View you won't be asked to choose the Layout Option all the time.
